2. Any contract or agreement between staff, clients, or third parties will only be considered valid if:

   • It contains the official company stamp (seal) of Al-Qamar Lajpal (Pvt.) Ltd.

   • It is signed by the CEO of the company
     ❌ Any document without both the stamp and CEO’s signature will be considered invalid and unofficial.

3. All official letters, offer letters, or notices issued from Lajpal Care must carry the official stamp of Al-Qamar Lajpal (Pvt.) Ltd. to be legally acceptable.

4. No sub-unit, individual, or unauthorized representative is allowed to make agreements, promises, or issue documents on behalf of the company without prior approval and company validation.
