1. Staff Salary & Payment Policy

During the trial or after worker approval, the worker’s salary will be transferred to Lajpal Care company account in advance.
Salary details will not be disclosed directly to the staff.

2. Staff Placement Timeline

It will require a minimum of four days to search for suitable staff matching the customer's specific needs.
Every effort will be made to ensure that the right caregiver or nurse is matched to fulfill your exact requirements.

3. Contract & Confidentiality Policy

The company and customer contract policy will not be shared with the staff.
All contractual agreements and terms are exclusively between Lajpal Care Home Patient Care Services and the customer.
We prioritize the confidentiality of our customer’s information and aim to provide trustworthy and professional home patient care services.

4. Dedicated Care & Questions

We provide home nursing services that are dedicated to the care of the patient. Our nursing visit services are tailored to ensure the well-being and specialized care of the patient in the comfort of their home. ہوم نرسنگ خدمات: ہم نرسنگ وزٹ کی خدمات فراہم کرتے ہیں جو مریض کی دیکھ بھال سے متعلق ہیں۔
سٹاف تنخواہ پالیسی: ٹرائل کے دوران یا ورکر کی منظوری کے بعد، ورکر کی تنخواہ لاجپال کیئر کمپنی کے اکاؤنٹ میں پہلے ہی منتقل ہوگی۔ تنخواہ کی تفصیلات سٹاف کو ظاہر نہیں کی جائیں گی۔
کسٹمر کے لیے سٹاف تلاش کرنا: مناسب سٹاف کی تلاش کے لیے کم سے کم چار دن درکار ہوں گے۔ ہر ممکن کوشش کی جائے گی کہ صحیح کیر گیور یا نرس آپ کی ضروریات پر پورا اترے۔
کنٹریکٹ پالیسی: کمپنی اور کسٹمر کا کنٹریکٹ پالیسی سٹاف کے ساتھ شیئر نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ تمام معاہدے اور شرائط صرف لاجپال کیئر ہوم پیشنٹ کیئر سروسز اور کسٹمر کے درمیان ہیں۔
